Manage multiple data migration projects from non-SAP/SAP ERP systems to SAP ERP systems.
Drive all data migration planning phases including mock runs, dry runs, and cutovers ensuring seamless execution.
Lead and guide development teams, including managing Python-related activities and fostering continuous improvements in tools and platforms.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in data migration between ERP systems with SAP as the target ERP.
Proficiency in ETL tools such as Python, Excel, SAP HANA, and GitHub libraries like Pandas.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP data models (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Services), SQL, and familiarity with RDBMS and SAP HANA databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex, multi-phase ERP data migration projects in an enterprise environment.
Technically skilled in SAP ERP systems including modules Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Services, and preferably knowledge of S/4HANA LTMOM and ABAP.
Comfortable leading and coordinating cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT functional teams, and developers.
