Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 12+ years related experience (Master’s with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years considered).
At least 3 years professional experience coding backend web technologies like Ruby on Rails, Go, Ruby, or Python with safe deployment practices (feature flags, A/B tests).
Experience in system architecture and design decisions with ability to mentor peers; practical experience with emulation and simulation of networking devices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex projects by defining steps and success metrics based on loosely defined business goals.
Familiar with networking devices and large-scale distributed networking solutions; Cisco CML experience preferred.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments and capable of contributing across the full technology stack to solve diverse engineering challenges.
