Support, develop, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules and integrations both on-premises and cloud environments.
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM suite including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM to improve IT infrastructure and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer focusing on ITOM modules and scripting.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM components like Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM.

Work Location: Gurgaon/Noida with a hybrid working model requiring at least three days a week onsite.
Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or finance is preferred.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and practices, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices within ServiceNow environments.
Holds or is pursuing relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, etc.) and has experience with Automated Test Framework for testing.
