Strong working knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk), scripting (Shell/Perl/PowerShell), and ITIL concepts (incident, problem, change management).
Capable of coordinating release deployments, supporting UAT/lower environments, and participating in BCP/DR activities in production operations contexts.
