Manage and optimize installed systems and infrastructure within Systems Operations area to ensure high availability and efficiency.
Lead technical deliverables and problem resolution efforts involving vendors and technical teams to maintain system uptime and meet SLAs.
Oversee incident and batch process management to minimize business impact and support cloud migration environments like GCP and Azure.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of Systems Engineering experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military experience, education).
Bachelor's or master's degree required, preferably with Application Production Support background.
Mandatory skills include UNIX commands, SQL Server queries, job scheduling tools (preferably Autosys), and experience supporting ETL applications and cloud migrations (GCP/Azure).
Shift flexibility to work 05:30 AM–2:30 PM IST or 1:30 PM–10:30 PM IST on a rotational basis; no night shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in incident and problem management with proven ability to meet business SLAs and maintain production system health.
Strong working knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk), scripting (Shell/Perl/PowerShell), and ITIL concepts (incident, problem, change management).
Capable of coordinating release deployments, supporting UAT/lower environments, and participating in BCP/DR activities in production operations contexts.
