Handle complex technical issues and initiatives involving large scale systems, databases, and applications.

Provide internal consultancy on tools and processes, and communicate system-related information to stakeholders and internal partners.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of Systems Engineering experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military experience, education).
Bachelor's or master's degree with experience in Application Production Support.
Proficient in UNIX commands, SQL Server Queries, and job schedulers (preferably Autosys).
Experience supporting ETL applications (Informatica and other ETL tools) and cloud migrations (GCP and Azure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in incident and problem management with strong focus on maintaining SLA compliance and production stability.
Familiar with ITIL concepts including incident, problem, and change management, and skilled in batch monitoring and use of monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos, Grafana, and Splunk.
Capable of working in rotating shifts (05:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST and 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST) with strong operational ownership of cloud and on-premise system environments.
