Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Ruby Cucumber/Cypress for web-based, web services, and database applications to ensure proper test coverage.

Provide leadership by mentoring on testing practices, maintaining expert knowledge of system components and frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders on testing needs and results.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
Mandatory experience in test automation using object-oriented Ruby Cucumber/Cypress frameworks.
Work Environment: Normal office setting with some travel possible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in agile and waterfall testing environments with knowledge of credit card operations, banking, financial, loyalty rewards, and related regulatory domains.
Proficient in scripting and framework extension, capable of leading automated testing efforts and improving QA processes.
Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver comprehensive test coverage and clear defect reporting.
