Experience with Java 11/17, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Eclipse RCP, PostgreSQL, WildFly, and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Maven.
Experience working in regulated or complex operational environments is required (e.g. forensics, LIMS).
Strong expertise in enterprise Java architecture and hands-on software development including backend and full-stack components.
Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographic locations with ability to support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum in complex, regulated environments, ensuring software solutions meet compliance and operational requirements.
