Lead and oversee end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting and controllership activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting and close processes.
Manage and develop a team of approximately 12 accounting professionals, including 2 managers, focusing on strong balance sheet governance, internal controls, audit readiness, and process improvements.
Drive transition, stabilization, and scaling of accounting operations insourced to Hyderabad, partnering with global and regional stakeholders to build a sustainable controllership operating model.
Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification required.
Minimum 15 years of progressive accounting, controllership, and financial reporting experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, intercompany, and foreign currency accounting.
Work is onsite in Hyderabad with working hours from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST, Monday to Friday; flexibility to work outside hours and holidays as needed.
Experienced leader with a strong controllership mindset and the ability to manage large teams within multinational, matrixed global organizations.
Proven capability in driving process standardization, finance transformation, automation, and large-scale insourcing programs.
Skilled at stakeholder management and business partnership across finance functions to deliver practical, compliant, and high-quality financial outcomes.
