Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting and controllership activities for Hyderabad center, managing a team of ~5 Senior Managers and ~50 accounting professionals.
Own monthly, quarterly, annual close, financial reporting accuracy, balance sheet governance, audit support, and compliance with SOX and accounting standards.
Drive transition, stabilization, and scaling of accounting activities insourced from other regions; lead process standardization, improvement, automation, and stakeholder partnerships across global finance functions.
Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification mandatory.
Minimum 18 years progressive accounting/controllership experience with at least 8 years in supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX controls, intercompany and foreign currency accounting; experience managing large teams in multinational matrix environments.
Work Location: Hyderabad; Work Hours: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST, Monday to Friday; ability to work outside hours as needed.

Demonstrated capability to manage large teams and complex transitions, driving process excellence, automation, and compliance in global finance functions.
