At least 3 years of technical and practical experience in time and absence, payroll, or related areas involving diverse business processes.
Experience with Time and Absence systems (e.g., Workday, ADP eTIME, Kronos) and high-volume operations including internal controls and audits.
Ability to work flexible schedules aligned with international time zones; relocation assistance not provided.
Experienced in leading cross-functional, cross-cultural change and operational improvements in centralized business models.
Strong strategic, analytical, and customer-focused orientation with proven problem-solving and prioritization skills in complex payroll/time/absence environments.
Proficient in advanced Excel, reporting, data analysis, and familiar with case-management or ticketing tools, capable of independent and accountable work style.
