About This Role

Lead AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI adoption to drive business value such as improved customer experience, productivity, and fraud risk management.

Define and execute enterprise analytics strategy aligned to business growth, decision-making, and fraud analytics enhancement.

Build and manage a high-impact analytics team, establish modern tools, frameworks, agile practices, and ensure scalable, secure data architecture governance.

Minimum Requirements

Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

15+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or digital transformation, preferably in banking or financial services.

Expert-level proficiency in Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing and automation.

Location: Mumbai.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven leadership in driving data-led transformation with measurable commercial, customer, risk, and productivity outcomes in banking or financial services.

Strong capability in translating AI insights into strategic business decisions and influencing senior leadership across functions.

Experience in deploying enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions, including Generative and Agentic AI, from concept through production with value realization.
