Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certification at level N1, N2, or N3 required.
Proven experience delivering IT Service Management (ITIL) projects, including incident, problem, and change handling.
Effective communication skills in Japanese and English for interaction with Japanese and Indian stakeholders.
