Senior Financial Analyst

Manage end-to-end financial accounting, controllership, and reporting for global overhead cost centers including CEO, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and other corporate functions.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, ensuring accurate month-end close and compliance with IFRS and internal policies.

Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver financial insights, support decision-making, and drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Postgraduate or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.

8+ years of progressive finance experience including 2-3 years in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or management reporting and 4-5 years in financial accounting or controllership.

Strong knowledge of accrual accounting, month-end close, financial controls, and management reporting within multi-location businesses.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred; familiarity with Oracle or other ERP; knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion or similar planning/reporting tools.

Experienced in managing financial controllership and reporting for multiple corporate overhead functions at a global scale.

Skilled in working with senior leadership and budget owners to drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and insightful financial analysis.

Proven ability to implement process improvements and finance automation within complex multi-location and distributed business environments.
