Assistant Manager - Management Accounts

Provide operational support for depositary processes and workflows within the Luxembourg depositary function in the alternative investment fund industry.

Manage transaction processing, reconciliations, data validation, and exception tracking in line with Luxembourg governance and outsourcing procedures.

Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate records and audit trails, and support internal and external audits and oversight activities.

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.

4-6 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or financial services operations.

Experience supporting Luxembourg or European fund structures preferred; exposure to alternative investment funds advantageous but not mandatory.

Must be ready to work in a European time-zone environment.

Experienced in financial services operations within controlled outsourcing environments, particularly in fund servicing or investment operations.

Strong operational discipline with proven capability in transaction processing, reconciliations, and control adherence.

Skilled in reporting, documentation, and working under governance frameworks with effective communication abilities.
