Lead and review complex securities valuation projects involving instruments like convertible debt, equity compensation, and embedded derivatives for financial, tax, and management reporting.
Develop, customize, and interpret advanced valuation models such as PWERM, binomial lattice, Monte Carlo simulation, and Black-Scholes.
Manage multiple engagements ensuring quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery; drive internal initiatives and process improvements within valuation practice.
Minimum 2 years experience in complex securities or financial instrument valuation within public accounting, national valuation or financial advisory firms.
Proficiency in at least one advanced analytical or simulation tool (e.g., Crystal Ball, R, Python, VBA).
Experience interacting with external reviewers including supporting audit or regulatory reviews.
Relevant valuation/financial credentials (ASA, CPA, CEIV, CVFI, ABV, CVA, FRM) or active progress toward these credentials.
Strong background in advanced valuation modeling and analysis for complex financial instruments.
Ability to manage multiple projects with ownership of quality and delivery in a hybrid work environment.
Comfortable independently interpreting legal and financial agreements to extract valuation inputs and methodologies.
