Support and manage the organization's information security, privacy, and compliance programs, including audits like SOC and ISO.
Coordinate and maintain privacy and data protection activities such as DSARs, PIAs, DPIAs, and privacy incident responses.
Assist with risk management, governance, vendor assessments, training initiatives, contract reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold compliance objectives.
Minimum Requirements
8-11 years of experience in information security, privacy, compliance, governance, audit, risk management, or related field.
Working knowledge of information security principles and controls along with familiarity with regulations/frameworks including HIPAA, PCI DSS, FERPA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA.
Ability to independently manage multiple security, privacy, and compliance initiatives with strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to support a global organization with availability through 11:00 AM Eastern Time (8:30-9:30 PM IST depending on US time changes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced security and privacy professional with hands-on involvement in audits like SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, vendor risk management, and privacy governance activities.
Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary compliance programs within professional services, consulting, or technology organizations.
Comfortable working across various teams including legal, IT, HR, and business to drive security and privacy objectives and respond to customer/vendor inquiries.
