Conduct resume screening, initial HR screening calls, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage onboarding support, offer rollout, and contribute to employee engagement and positive workplace culture initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
Location: Must be willing to work onsite in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles within a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using ATS and HR tech platforms, ideally including Recooty’s own platform.
Skilled in coordination and communication between candidates and hiring managers, with a focus on smooth candidate and employee experience.
