Support and drive the Learning & Development function by coordinating and executing hotel-wide and departmental training programs aligned with business priorities and brand standards.
Develop and maintain training needs analysis, annual training plans, and calendars; monitor training effectiveness and compliance, and manage training documentation and records.
Collaborate with Department Heads, trainers, external partners to embed learning culture, adapt global programs locally, and support colleague capability development including leadership and mandatory training.
At least 2 years of related work experience post associate degree OR at least 3 years post undergraduate degree in Learning & Development, preferably within hospitality.
Proven experience in managing and delivering multi-unit learning or organizational development programs.
