Senior Specialist, Procurement - DC Operations

Manage procurement processes for data center operations including contract negotiation, purchase order approvals, and vendor management to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

Support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across multiple regions with focus on timely delivery and risk mitigation in supply chain.

Lead day-to-day procurement operations, analyze data for cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand forecasting and procurement plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

7-10 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in data center or technology infrastructure.

Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation with exposure to global procurement practices and compliance standards.

Work onsite at a data center location in a hybrid model, willingness to travel approximately 20%, and ability to work during US business hours/time zones.

Has strong expertise in procurement processes and supply chain management within data center or technology infrastructure domains.

Demonstrates experience leading procurement operations that involve cross-functional collaboration and vendor risk management.

Proficient with procurement tools and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and able to analyze data to drive operational improvements.
