Analyst II, Global Crisis Operations

Monitor and assess global crisis events (natural hazards, geopolitical risks, public health, etc.) in real time, determining severity and traveler impact.

Coordinate crisis response actions including activating traveler communications, updating policies, and collaborating cross-functionally to protect travelers and partners within established SLAs.

Produce situational reports, exposure trackers, and post-event reviews; use data analysis (SQL) and AI tools to accelerate detection, communication, and decision-making.

4+ years professional experience in operational meteorology, geopolitical risk analysis, security operations, emergency management, or crisis response.

Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, Geography, Emergency Management, or related field (or 6+ years relevant experience as equivalent).

Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira or equivalent ticketing platforms, and active use of AI tools in professional context.

Experience working in or closely with a 24/7 operations environment managing high-pressure competing priorities.

Experienced in fast-moving, high-consequence crisis environments requiring urgent decision-making and clear communication.

Skilled in extracting actionable insights from complex data and multiple information streams, with strong analytical and coordination capabilities.

Comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholders globally and escalating appropriately to minimize traveler and business impact.
