Support efficient day-to-day shipment processing and movement across Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units by handling inbound and outbound shipments including sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, and unloading.
Ensure operational accuracy including shipment reconciliation, manifest verification, and basic data entry to maintain shipment accuracy and quality while adhering to SOPs, safety standards, and service commitments.
Assist Shift In-charges in achieving daily operational targets, manage peak volume operations, and maintain workplace discipline, including compliance with safety and operational policies.
Minimum education: 10th Standard Pass required; higher qualifications are advantageous.
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar.

Basic computer skills, handheld scanner/mobile application usage, and understanding of English for operational instructions.
Experience or aptitude for frontline operational roles in logistics or warehousing environments, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs, with operational discipline and compliance.
Familiarity with basic data entry, shipment reconciliation, and operational SOP adherence to support service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
