Own and ensure achievement of SLAs for accounting operations including R2R processes such as Fixed Assets, Revenue Accruals, Prepayment, Payroll, and Intercompany.
Manage balance sheet reconciliations, audit requirements, and coordinate with controllers and finance teams to clear open items.
Identify and implement automation opportunities within accounting processes while maintaining ISO-compliant documentation.
Commerce Graduate with 4+ years experience OR CA with 0-1 years experience.
Experience working on Oracle/ERP systems is mandatory.

Work Experience Required: 4+ years for Commerce Graduates; 0-1 years for CA qualified candidates.
Experienced in managing month-end and quarter-end accounting processes and reconciliations in a complex finance environment.
Strong technical skills including Microsoft Excel (macro knowledge preferred) and hands-on Oracle/ERP experience.
Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and manage multiple data formats and large volumes effectively.
