Senior Associate - Depositary Operations

Provide operational support for depositary processes, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and exception management for Luxembourg fund structures.

Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and audit trails to ensure compliance and support Luxembourg teams.

Support settlement lifecycle and governance reporting activities while ensuring adherence to outsourcing procedures and internal policies.

Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.

2-5 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or financial services operations.

Experience supporting Luxembourg or European fund structures preferred; exposure to alternative investment funds advantageous but not mandatory.

Ability to work in European time-zone environment.

Operationally experienced professional with strong background in fund servicing, securities, or investment operations, especially in a Luxembourg or European fund environment.

Skilled in transaction processing, reconciliations, and managing control frameworks in outsourced operating models.

Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills, capable of supporting audit and governance activities effectively.
