Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions utilizing Python, Django, React, and PostgreSQL to support Middle and Back Office operations.
Manage product backlogs, collaborate in sprint planning, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Support deployments, optimize performance, coordinate cross-team efforts, and assist in critical issue resolution, including outside standard hours.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or IT.
Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
Proficiency in Java, Python, Django, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Experience with Agile, DevOps practices, AWS services, JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab.
Experienced individual contributor familiar with both front-end and back-end full-stack development in a technically driven environment.
Capable of independently managing priorities and collaborating with multiple stakeholders including analysts and vendors.
Has exposure to investment industry or financial domain environments (preferred but not mandatory).
