Lead deployment, management, and continuous enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and other SaaS HR solutions within EXL.
Partner with HR leadership to drive digitization, innovation, and process optimization in HR applications.
Manage internal and external stakeholders including team development, operational delivery, and compliance with audit/SOX requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Engineering Graduate degree mandatory.
Minimum 15 years overall work experience with at least 12 years relevant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects and Oracle Fusion HCM certification required.
Experience managing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules and enterprise-wide data governance policies mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
Strong capability to map business/user requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud features including AI framework and use of analytical/reporting tools (OTBI, Power BI).
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across HR, Business Operations, Legal, Technology, and Growth teams in large organizations.
