Lead deployment, management, and continuous enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and other SaaS HR solutions within EXL.
Partner with HR leadership to drive digitization, innovation, and process optimization in HR applications.
Manage internal and external stakeholders including team development, operational delivery, and compliance with audit/SOX requirements.
Engineering Graduate degree mandatory.
Minimum 15 years overall work experience with at least 12 years relevant in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Strong capability to map business/user requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud features including AI framework and use of analytical/reporting tools (OTBI, Power BI).
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across HR, Business Operations, Legal, Technology, and Growth teams in large organizations.
