Experience in consumer-facing apps with focus on performance, reliability, user experience, reward/cashback/offerwall products, and ad monetization SDKs such as AdMob, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, etc.
Work Experience Required: 3-4 years in Android development as explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building high-volume, consumer-facing Android apps focused on monetization, reward systems, wallets, referrals, and user engagement loops.
Comfortable working in fast release cycles with product iterations, experiments (A/B testing), and production fixes involving cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend, Growth).
Strong debugging skills targeting crash, ANR, memory leaks, and device-specific issues; ability to optimize for low-end devices and unstable networks.
