Deploy, upgrade, and manage Java/Spring Boot services on Kubernetes clusters across customer datacentres using Helm with per-customer configurations.
Manage and operate on-prem Kubernetes clusters, including installation, upgrades, node lifecycle, control-plane health, storage, and networking components.
Own self-managed databases and middleware provisioning and operation on Linux VMs; automate infrastructure builds with Ansible; troubleshoot production issues across VMs, network, Kubernetes, and JVM stacks; collaborate with customer teams during deployments and issue resolution.
3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps involving Kubernetes operations, Linux systems, self-managed databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and automation using Ansible.
Experience with Java/Spring Boot deployments on Kubernetes.
Availability to work on-site in Mumbai or Bangalore as required.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years.
Experience managing complex, air-gapped or restricted production environments with operating responsibilities across Kubernetes, databases, middleware, and networking.
Comfortable with deep operational tasks such as certificate management, production troubleshooting spanning infrastructure and application layers, and automation scripting (Python, Shell).
Ability to work directly with customer infrastructure, network, and security teams in on-prem datacenters, including support for out-of-hours deployment windows.
