Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or software product validation.
Strong domain expertise in Power Systems and utility software, preferably with Transmission, EMS, SCADA, WAMS, or related electrification applications.
Experience with test automation frameworks, Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and working in Linux and Windows environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to validate complex enterprise software products with end-to-end system integrations in the power systems domain.
Experienced in designing test strategies that cover analytical functions, algorithms, and operational workflows specific to grid and utility software.
Skilled in root cause analysis and defect management within complex operational software environments, collaborating effectively with engineers, architects, and product managers.
