Own the design, resilience, and day-to-day health of HealthEdge's infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem, including migration execution and hybrid cloud architecture.
Lead disaster recovery design and execution, maintain backup strategies, conduct DR drills, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards like HIPAA and SOC 2.
Manage cloud infrastructure operations including IaC pipelines, cloud networking, identity and access management, performance monitoring, incident response, and cost governance.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure engineering experience with deep AWS expertise and experience in other clouds (Azure/GCP).
Proven experience in disaster recovery design and execution.
Strong Infrastructure as Code skills (CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes/EKS), Linux and Windows Server administration, IAM design (cross-account, least-privilege), scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and CI/CD pipeline development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior engineer comfortable working in a complex, large-scale, multi-account cloud environment with active on-prem to cloud migration.
Experienced in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP) and able to integrate security and compliance requirements into infrastructure design and operations.
Capable of taking end-to-end ownership including incident escalation, communication with diverse stakeholders, and driving operational consistency and cost optimization.
