Minimum Requirements

5-7+ years experience supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM including Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Hands-on technical expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, integrations, Redwood UX, and Visual Builder Cloud Service.
Experience with production support, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, quarterly Oracle updates, and global Oracle Cloud environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep technical skills across Oracle Cloud HCM components, including security frameworks and workflow design, indicating ability to manage complex enterprise environments.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams with strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver innovative HR technology solutions globally.
Demonstrated capability in driving cloud modernization initiatives, especially using Oracle Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service.
