Lead Software Engineer Data Engineer

Design, develop, and deliver cloud-native, microservices-based software applications with high standards for security, scalability, and reliability.

Lead efforts to identify recurring operational issues and automate remediation to improve system stability and reduce downtime.

Drive adoption of modern technologies and best practices within engineering teams and lead communities of practice to influence engineering excellence.

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience including system design, application development, testing, and operational support.

Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, Flask, Django with experience in building microservices-based applications; full-stack skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular) preferred if applicable.

Experience delivering end-to-end cloud-native applications with scalable and resilient architecture design.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years

Experienced in applying domain modeling techniques to produce clear, testable, and maintainable software products.

Demonstrated capability in operational excellence through proactive issue resolution and automation of recurring problems.

Ability to lead and influence cross-team engineering practices and drive technology modernization within a large enterprise environment.
