Manage communication and coordination with healthcare Providers regarding credentialing processes, including handling inquiries and following up.
Maintain accurate and timely records of Provider credentialing data, documents, and reports, ensuring data completeness and compliance.
Support Credentialing Committee meetings by reviewing applications, taking minutes, preparing presentations, and liaising with credentialing companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role with healthcare credentialing experience.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, data warehousing, ETL tools, and basic to intermediate Microsoft applications.
Willingness and availability to work EST shift (5 PM - 2 AM IST), including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
Experienced in healthcare credentialing data processes and capable of detailed data management and reporting.
Comfortable engaging frequently with Providers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain credentialing workflows.
Able to handle high-pressure situations, multitask effectively, and maintain professionalism during extended or non-standard work hours.
