Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and/or MySQL and cloud platforms AWS and/or Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable backend systems, preferably in product-based or high-growth technology environments.
Familiarity or exposure to fintech, financial services, data platforms, or transaction systems is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to architecture and technical design decisions and mentor other engineers.
