About This Role

Design, build, and scale highly available backend services and distributed systems primarily using Python and Go.

Lead backend architecture including RESTful APIs and microservices development with FastAPI, focusing on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes, and optimize backend systems to support AI/ML applications and high-traffic workloads.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years of backend development experience.

Mandatory deep expertise in Python and Go, including strong experience with FastAPI.

Proven experience with scalable system design, containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, database optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis), concurrency, and asynchronous programming.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in scaling applications from startup to high-traffic production environments with performance tuning expertise.

Skilled in architectural thinking with ability to drive backend best practices, code reviews, and technical debt management.

Familiar with AI platforms backend development including APIs for ML model integration, vector databases, and RAG architectures is a plus.
