Drive completion of deliverables, monitor chip life-cycle from planning to production release, and coordinate cross-geography teams (Asia and North America).
Maintain project management artifacts (schedules, risks, resource forecasts), provide status updates, and handle issue mitigation and crisis management.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of program management experience in EDA or related companies.
PMP certification is required; Agile development or certification is a bonus.
Experience with software development projects involving Device Drivers, Firmware, Graphics technology, and SoC product development.
Cross-geography coordination experience and matrix/horizontal leadership experience mandatory; people management is desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record delivering complex software programs in dynamic, competitive environments with emphasis on EDA-related software.
Experienced in chip life cycle tracking and global program execution involving Asia and North America.
Strong operator comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and facilitating communications across teams and geographies with crisis management skills.
