Senior Associate - Illustrator & Educational Visual Designer

Create clear, accurate, and reusable educational visuals including illustrations, diagrams, infographics, and instructional graphics for student resources and training materials.

Collaborate closely with writers, instructional designers, and technical experts to ensure visual content supports learning objectives and accurately represents processes, tools, and safety practices.

Develop adaptable visual assets suitable for multiple platforms (print, mobile, LMS, presentations, video) and maintain visual consistency and reusable asset libraries.

2-4 years of experience in illustration, educational visual design, graphic design, or related field.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation or related field.

Proficiency in professional design and illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Portfolio demonstrating instructional illustrations, step-by-step processes, diagrams, or educational infographics.

Experienced in educational publishing, children’s learning resources, or instructional design to create learner-centric visuals.

Strong understanding of information hierarchy and ability to visually explain practical activities, tools, and safety practices accurately.

Collaborative working style with writers, instructional designers, and technical experts focused on creating effective educational content.
