Strategic Commodity Manager, Program Lead

Drive and execute commodity strategy specifically for Weldment within the global supply chain to support semiconductor manufacturing.

Manage supplier relationships including contract negotiations, performance metrics, capacity assurance, risk management, and early supplier involvement in product design.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, manufacturing, quality, procurement, finance, and engineering teams to ensure material availability, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

10-12 years experience in commodity management within Engineering or Manufacturing industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience with semiconductor, electrical equipment manufacturing, or high-technology supply chain management.

Ability to work flexible hours covering USA PST and Asia time zones; proficiency in strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experienced in managing strategic supplier sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance metrics specifically within semiconductor or related high-tech manufacturing environments.

Capable of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in new product introduction and supply chain risk mitigation.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment requiring strong data-driven decision-making and presentation capabilities.
