Lead and deliver medium to large-scale business and technology projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, including project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and benefits realization in a matrixed, global environment.

Serve as key liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership, driving compliance with project management methodologies and supporting PMO maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.

13+ years of overall professional experience with minimum 10+ years in Project Management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.

Mandatory technical skills include project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and Prosci Change Management.

Proven experience managing medium to large-scale business, operational, technology, transformation, or process improvement initiatives in matrixed, global, and cross-functional organizations.

Experienced in leading complex projects with strong governance, risk, and financial management capabilities, including benefits realization and resource planning.

Effective at stakeholder engagement and executive communication in cross-functional and matrixed environments.

Demonstrated ability to support PMO excellence, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
