Establish and enforce PMO frameworks, managing end-to-end program lifecycles with adherence to timelines, SLAs, and delivery metrics.
Oversee day-to-day operations of Payment Integrity / Payment Services workflows ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS, payer guidelines, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as key interface with clients and leadership by managing stakeholder relationships, reporting performance, leading escalations, and supporting data-driven decision making.
2–4+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or operations leadership role, preferably in US Healthcare, Payment Integrity, or Payment Services.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences or Business Administration; MBA from IIT/IIM or reputed business school.
Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile mandatory.
Must have high-speed broadband internet and be available to work 40 hours/week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST with weekends off.
Experienced in managing healthcare payment integrity operations with strong program governance and compliance focus.
Proven ability to manage client-facing roles, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
Skilled in driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, data analytics, and leading PMO/operations teams in meeting KPIs and SLAs.
