Lead functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and implementation activities for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects focused on Siemens Opcenter Discrete.
Act as technical and solution architect for supply chain and manufacturing transformation projects, integrating MES with plant control systems, ERP, PLM, advanced planning, and lab information systems.
Support project delivery, sales pursuits, proposal development, and provide SME input during development and deployment phases.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology (B.Tech/M.Tech) or MBA required.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, enterprise applications, or consulting.
10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Discrete and MOM Connect including configuration and customization.
Experience with ISA-95/ISA-88 standards, GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, SAP-MES integration, Level 2 automation systems, Java, C# .NET, Oracle, SQL, REST APIs, web services, SQL Server, and stored procedures.
