Own and support SAP Ariba Guided Buying and indirect procurement processes including catalog enablement, supplier onboarding, buying channel configuration, and operational incident management.
Drive deployment, stabilization, continuous improvement, and compliance across SAP Ariba Guided Buying and SAP S/4HANA integrations supporting indirect Source-to-Pay solutions.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and suppliers to resolve issues, support testing activities, and optimize indirect procurement operations in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher; if High School Diploma/GED, then 8–10 years procurement operations/IT support experience required.
Minimum 5 years experience in Indirect Procurement covering requisitioning, catalog buying, and supplier enablement.
Hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba Guided Buying and its integration with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA).
Work Location: Hybrid in Bangalore; Travel up to 10–15% domestically or internationally.
Experienced in SAP Ariba Guided Buying operations and integration within large enterprises, especially using SAP S/4HANA.
Able to translate indirect procurement business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, procurement, finance teams, and external suppliers in a fast-paced, global environment.
