Remote role and common Senior Financial Analyst title increase applicant pool, but mandatory CA/CPA reduces competition.
Finance reporting skills transferable, but US GAAP, SOX, and SaaS revenue experience increase domain specificity.
Mandatory CA/CPA, explicit 7–9 years and US GAAP/SOX requirements create strict shortlisting filters.
