Minimum Requirements
8–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Qualifications: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent.
Experience managing a finance team and independently handling finance operations.
Experience with compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory audits.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in managing accounting and finance operations end-to-end in manufacturing, retail, or operations-oriented organizations.
Strong operational ownership of financial reporting accuracy, timely closing, and statutory compliance.
Experienced in driving finance process improvements and automation using ERP systems.
