Assistant Manager (Government Partnerships- Gujarat)

Coordinate and support implementation of vocational education programs under National Education Policy 2020 and related state schemes like Samagra Shiksha in Gujarat.

Engage and maintain relationships with government departments and key ecosystem partners including NSDC, sector skill councils, and vocational training providers to facilitate program delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Monitor program progress, support reporting, data management, and assist in organizing stakeholder meetings, capacity building, and team coordination activities.

Master's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Management, Education, Development Studies, or related field mandatory.

4-6 years of relevant experience including government engagement, program implementation, education/skilling initiatives, stakeholder coordination, or team coordination.

Fluency in Gujarati mandatory; excellent English communication skills required; working knowledge of Hindi required.

Willingness to travel within and outside Gujarat as per project needs.

Experience working within government systems and with education and skilling policy frameworks, preferably in vocational education.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across government and ecosystem partners effectively.

Strong program coordination skills with an analytical mindset for monitoring and reporting in a project management context.
