Technical Sales Engineer II

Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, quotation evaluation, negotiation, purchase orders, and order expediting.

Ensure on-time procurement and delivery by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Support cost optimization, maintain accurate ERP/SAP procurement records, create procurement reports and MIS, and drive process improvements in procurement workflows.

2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain domain.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management.

Mandatory skills include RFQ and purchase order management, order expediting, ERP/SAP proficiency, inventory and logistics management, and reporting/MIS.

Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experienced in managing complex procurement cycles within a technical or manufacturing context, preferably semiconductor or related manufacturing.

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, operations, finance, and suppliers to meet procurement timelines and cost targets.

Detail-oriented and data-driven with a track record of implementing process improvements and cost optimizations in procurement functions.
