Manage and improve enterprise information security policies and practices focused on Identity and Access Governance.
Provide operational support and monitor compliance for information security tools and controls within Identity and Access space.
Coordinate access reviews, assist in risk assessments, and prepare compliance and security status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
4-7 years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity, with 4+ years specifically in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
Proficiency in at least one Identity & Access Governance suite (e.g., RSA IGA, SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID, IBM Security Verify Governance) or Privileged Credential Management tools (e.g., CyberArk, AWS Secrets Manager).
Experience in financial services or regulated/compliance-driven environments.
Experienced in Identity & Access Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance security domains with operational and technical expertise.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in client-facing roles including onsite and offshore collaboration.
Skilled in scripting/programming (PowerShell, Python, SQL), security compliance processes, and able to handle audit responses and regulatory requirements.
