Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for insurance manual updates within Verisk’s Electronic Rating Content (ERC) product.
Identify, report, and track defects through resolution, collaborating with development and cross-functional teams to ensure quality feature delivery.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for the ERC product, including answering questions and suggesting process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in validation and functional testing.
Commercial lines admitted insurance business experience.
Strong knowledge of advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis).
Experienced in testing and quality assurance within insurance software, especially rating or underwriting products.
Able to work independently and within teams, showing strong analytical and leadership abilities.
Experienced in defect management, collaborating effectively with developers for timely issue resolution; familiarity with API technology is a plus.
