Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow ITAM (HAM and SAM) implementations including translation of customer requirements into solution architectures and build specifications.
Drive technical delivery across sprints including configuration, scripting, integrations, and testing; manage release hygiene and repository updates.
Lead customer engagement through design walkthroughs, sprint reviews, defect triage, risk flagging, and technical status discussions while coordinating onsite and offshore teams.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years focused on ITAM (HAM/SAM).
Delivered minimum two full-cycle HAM and/or SAM Pro implementations end-to-end (design through hypercare).
Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CSA plus CIS–HAM and/or CIS–SAM (at least one).
Work Experience Required: 7+ years relevant experience on ServiceNow platform and ITAM domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading HAM/SAM solution design on mature, live CMDB environments with strong architecture and development skills including scoped apps, flow designer, IntegrationHub, and security models.
Capable of independently facilitating workshops, defending design decisions, and managing customer technical stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with financial services or public sector ITAM implementations, procurement/ERP integration, and SaaS license management considered advantageous.
