Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM FCCS applications including statutory and management reporting, multi-GAAP, IFRS, CbCr reporting, allocations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translations.
Design, develop, and maintain FCCS/HFM business rules, calculation scripts, and metadata changes with impact analysis on the system.
Build integrations between FCCS, ERP, and HCM systems using Data Management or FDMEE to support financial consolidation and close management processes.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of relevant experience with Oracle EPM FCCS and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
At least 2 full end-to-end hands-on Oracle EPM FCCS implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM), FDMEE, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR).
Work Experience Required: 5-7 years; Location: Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong functional expertise in EPM financial processes related to Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
Experienced in writing and amending FCCS/HFM business rules and metadata with an understanding of system impact.
Skilled in integrating FCCS with ERP and HCM systems, and managing user security and provisioning setups.
