Mentor junior team members, perform code reviews, drive design discussions with clients, and manage project lifecycle activities like estimation, planning, execution, and delivery tracking.
Minimum Requirements
6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Workday technical implementations.
Active Workday Certification with expertise in Core HCM / Benefits / Payroll modules and integrations (EIB, Studio, PECI, WECI, XML/XSLT, Web Services API).
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS) or equivalent from an accredited university.
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling multiple large Workday conversion projects end-to-end, including ETL and client mapping discussions.
Strong in technical design, able to produce and review detailed technical specs, and navigate Workday integration strategies effectively.
Comfortable leading global, cross-functional teams and mentoring juniors within fast-paced technical transformation environments.
